About Heidi

I've spent the past 20 years listening to end users, gleaning insights, and translating these into new product and business opportunities.

I am a consumer researcher with deep experience in consumer understanding and decision-making, having spent nearly a decade in corporate R&D and a decade in product design innovation.

I consider myself to be a professional listener and question asker. I honed these skills first in the industrial design world, and next working in the corporate world with innovation teams, chemists, food developers, and marketers. I’ve worked with both start-ups and world-class brands. My specialty is building cost-effective, targeted solutions to help inform all phases of product development.
